Indigo Airlines — Non booking of tickets after online payment

On[protected] booked four tickets online thru your site and paid an amount of Rs 15278/-online thru SBI Internet banking. However did not get any intimation of booking. Called up online Helpdesk and was told the tickets Mumbai to Chandigarh for[protected] for 3adults and one child were not booked and amount will be returned in 2-3days.
