It is for your kind attention that my self Subedar Sadhan Mondal serving in Army at Secunderabad. On 07 May 2019, a call received me from my home, regarding my wife is serious and admitted in hospital at 1830hrs. I have no option to reach on same day, I have book your flight no G8-122 at 1900hrs. PNR-TDVJFH, ID[protected]. And reached at RAJEEV Gandhi Airport Hyderabad at 2015hrs. But your staff don't cooperate to attending the flight to me. I have loss my lot of money as ticket without travel in that situation when we require of money.
I request to being a soldier please return my money claimed as ticket amount.
