Indigo Airlines — Non Cooperation form Customer Care

Hello, I am Sunil from Fujairah, UAE.My Booking Reference is B7K5PZ.I wanted to reschedule my flight.For that I called the your people in Dubai.Then they told me to talk to Fujairah person.When I called at 11.43 AM.And the person from other side said me that the authorised person will come at 12.And asked me to call at that time.Then I called at 12.14.He asked me to call me after 20 min. as he will open his laptop.When I called at 12.38 he is saying that he cannot say and need to get the information from head office.And did not give the time frame for giving the information and asked me to come to office rather giving the information over phone in a unprofessional way. Please let me know to whom I need to contact for the proper information. This is unacceptable for me getting these type of behaviour . I can be reached at +[protected]
