I have booked flight tickets through irctc

Date of travel: 03.09.2017 9.25 flight from hyderabad to coimbatore-pnr no. M8lwhf. Due to change of flight schedule ticket cancelled and got refund amount of rs.1080 only. Cancelled through irctc login

Pnr no. M8lwhf. Cancelled through indigo web site since the flight time schedule changed more than 5 hours.
Refund amount of rs.3850 as informed by airlines customer care not received. Indigo airlines already communicated to irctc for refund of rs.3850 to me
