1. I booked ticket for my brother Mr.Paramod Jagtap (A'bad- Mumbai for 14/3/15) on 27/2/15 PNR:RCWH8K. Next day I received a message that ticket ic cancelled due to no payment. But in fact payment of Rs.1698 was debited from my credit card. I brought this to the notice of your agent. he asked me to book fresh ticket and take up issue of refund after 15 days.
2. Accordingly I booked fresh ticket on 1/3/15 and an amount of Rs.1648 was debited from my credited card. ticket was confirmed PNR:ZF1WRH.
Now that when I contacted your personnel for the refund of amount I was told that only one transaction is on the record and that too of confirmed ticket. I am therefore requesting you to refund amount of Rs.1698. I am attaching herewith my credit statement of HDFC showing two transactions in favour of Indigo. Please go through it and refund the said amount immediately.
