[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — not able to board flight

My flight indigo, 6e-811 was at 5:15 from bangalore to raipur on 28th april 2018,
I reached airport at 4:10 am and they asked me to get into the queue when my number came they asked me to go for the self check-in, when i went their it was displaying that web check-in is closed, then again i asked one of the indigo member she told that go to the check-in counter when again i reached their she told that i am 5 min late i can not board the flight.
What a waste service from indigo people they can't manage people, we people are suffering due to these kind things.

With reference to your post, we would like to summarize our findings. You were booked to travel in flight 6E 811 from Bengaluru to Raipur which was scheduled to depart at 05:15 hours on28th April 2018. As per policy, check-in counter for the flight closes 45 minutes prior to departure. Based on our records, you reported at 04:36 hours. Since our check-in counters were already closed for the flight, our staff was unable to accept you for the flight. Further, you can claim a refund for no-show taxes, by getting in touch with travel portal used to make the reservation. We look forward towards your understanding in this regard. Please be rest assured that we try our best to assist our passenger in the best possible manner.
