I am yashavanth kumar regular passanger of goindigo i had booked fight on 06/09/2017 from bangalore to imphal via kolkata at morning 05.20 am flight no.6e 713 continue flight no. 6e 6324 my pnr no. I891nv on that early morning so much raining in bangalore, airport to my home distance around 25 kms and i reached airport at 04.45 am and i went to checking baggage they r not allowed me after waiting of 05 to 10 minutes they told me u can travel at the same flight i asked y still 25 to 20 minutes time is remaining they r told me ur check in time is over i ask him so many times i traveled around 10-20 minutes late also checked in they not co-operate with me. Then i came ask enquiry the same flight co-passenger also facing the same problem and i asked indigo enquiry help assistance she responded u people r late and i ask here next flight and can i get concession she checked and told me around 11, 500/- and i checked on line at the same time ticket price is 11, 489/- were is concession tell me. So that refund my amount 11, 489/- & 3, 090/-.
I am working in defence, this kind of respect u people giving defence personal and i late joined on my duty on day that day i were shameful this kind of you act. Was this information helpful? |
