I, the undersigned, pnr c76m8f, flight no. 6e-219 was scheduled to fly from delhi to kolkata on 28/05/17 was refused to board for reasons only known to indigo. You may want to note that i reached airport 75 mins before the closure of check in counter but was refused a boarding pass and when asked why, i was informed that i need to be at some specific counter. Interestingly this happened while all other fellow passengers behind and in front of me were being allowed and issued boarding passes. When i reach the "specific counter" which was exactly like any other counter that i have already been to, i was told they couldn't issue me a boarding pass citing "late reporting" as the reason. I have done the run around from pillar to post, layers of escalation and dozens o managers to understand why i was treated this way but indigo, boasting of being a premier low cost domestic airlines has been a deaf ear has been nothing but a symbol of arrogance.
I want a refund of the ticket and a clear explanation with a proper apology in writing on why i was treated this way. I will not hesitate to file a complaint with the consumer court.
Regards,
