Hello sir/mam,
I am Shikha Singh taken flight of Indigo Airline on 8th of July from Kolkata to Delhi at 5.55.I reached the airport at 5.20 because of huge traffic jam, but the executive didn't supported at all and the lady who is handling customer grievances was misbehaved with me not taken any action on my situation and not even the airline has refunded my ticket fare saying that the you paid is lowest ticket fare which is not refundable and not even adjusted my same ticket with other ticket. I had to book fresh ticket of Air India.
I am extremely disappointed with Indigo service.My 1st experience with Indigo was not at all appreciable. Was this information helpful? |
