Me along with one one of my friend PNR THWY8R and DH3CHR suppose to catch a flight from chennai to pune by Indigo 6E - 385 on 22nd Oct 2016. The time of flight was 22:20 from chennai and due to medical reason and busy schedule I didn't check in online(I should have told sm1 from my behalf) but still we reached the airport prior one hour before departure. Then we show our identity to gate officer and we check-in our baggage and approach the Indigo counter (the time was 9:34) and she was weighing our bags and suddenly she says that "sorry sir boarding gates are closed" what? I mean still u have time n then she told us to go to gate no 52 n when we approach the other lady check something on system she then called sm1 and the flight is already board n we can't help u again we insists her to please consider bcuz we were just on time she says the time is 9:53 but while runing her n there we lost our time it's not our fault we reported on 9:37 . Then she send us to हेर manager we talk with him but he refused to help and tell us to go by 4 am flight n pay the extra cost i.e. almost rs 8500what the hell? You should have taken some effort to board us on same flight which was surely possible plus ur asking for extra money I.e. 8500. This is not fare after all I am the loyal customer n I only refer my friend this flight I strongly condemn this us it has broken my trust on Indigo airlines. I was even ready pay extra money but 8000 it's a complete cheating and then I still book the Indigo flight of 4 am our PNR NO RGJCRX for Rs 6600 from musafir app. If your officer would have taken a little effort and had move there legs on time we could have boarded the same fight. There behaviour was totally insane I don't have words to tell first time I have seen this like I am talKing with bus conductor or auto rickshaw wala. We lost almost our Rs 6600/- and I expect Indigo should reimburse us the entire money bcuz ur offical are liable for this loss. I hope u would take some action and will try to maintain your image as the only reason I book 4 am flight is it was cheapest and direct flight . But such things will definitely damage ur image in market aa it give negative impact of you.Your competitors go airline and spice jet are not far behind.
I hope you will take some action and refund us our amount for mental harassment and to let us wait for 4 am for next flight.
The most important is ur offical atitude was not at all good.
