Hi Team,
I am really fedup by pathetic indigo service, by today's incident described below
- I had booked below attached multi city flight from Bangalore to Hyderabad and
Hyderabad to Nagpur. LDRUWA flight date today 29th oct (a day before Diwali)
-I was at airport and done my check ins, security checks and have a valid boarding pass.
- just about to enter inside fight then indigo staff stopped me for boarding after
having valid boarding pass, reason technical issue stated at that time.
-Asked me to go in other counters and later told me that your have some electronic
(I assume my laptop) as I don't have any other, in checked in luggage and cancelled my ticket
- I was shocked as no one asked me to remove while checkin, am depressed and crying
as because indigo refused me to check in and I missed my connecting flight too
and now not able to go home for Diwali as other flight prices are reaching sky.
- later I asked customer care to refund my money as you had denied me boarding flight after
issuing boarding pass they cancelled my Hyderabad to Nagpur flight and said only
Rs 950 will be refunded when I had Rs 6, 661 paid.
I want my complete money to be refunded in above said scenario.
In case of absence of support in am fully prepared to take this issue with
DGCA zonal office, consumer forum and in case needed to social media as well.
