I don't know whether it's a complain r a advice.. I have my flight today by 6.30 in ur flight jeskqq - 6e714. I have done my web check in but when i have reached to the gate the so called manager o[censored]rs told dat d gate is already closed.. Still half n hour was there but she said the door is already closed.
U know u guys r harassing people like hell. It was ur duty to satisfy ur customer wen they r in trouble not by showing the ticket counter to book d next ticket.
I was waiting in front of the gate but no one is there. Wen she came still half n hour was there.
I want a clarification why dis has happened???
U don't want us to fly with ur airlines ne more...
Or else what is the necessary steps u r willing to do for us???
