Indigo Airlines — not full refund amount processed by indigo on their cancellation of flight during lockdown

Dear sir, indigo have mentioned that they have processed full refund of rs. 9016 against my indigo air ticket pnr nos. Kerqni (Booking id: emt[protected] in easemy trip.com website.in this regard, it is to point out that full ticket amount against above pnr is rs. 17, 486 instead of rs. 9016.
I had requested them to recheck and process for correct amout of refund. But, they did not agree
