Dear sir, i have booked my round ticket on 31 dec 16 from bangalore to lucknow (Journey date 13 may 17) and from lucknow to bangalore (Journey date 11 jun 17) but my ticket is not generated till today. My transaction id is 1c8d4eda[protected] for inr 21552/-. I have complaint to your office on 03 jan17. My complaint no is i9t65z. They told me that sir your ticket is not booked so you book your ticket once again and this amount will be reverse in your account. Till today sir i didn't received my amount.
