I am travelling frequently with flights.I am not at all happy with the service which offers the indigo airlines to passengers. It is only money making business.
I experience horrible behaviour from the indigo staff on airport.
After long que I reach @6.40am on the boarding pass counter for my schedule flight 7.30am.staff told that you have miss the flight now we can not allow you to board the flight as boarding has been closed.
I requested them to allow me to board the flight. But they didn't allow me.i requested to adjust me in some other flights where the seats might be vacant he told me that no there are no any seats available in next flight.
He force me to take another ticket in the next flight.
Where already seats vancant was there for the schedule flight 8.30 am .By doing all this activities.
It was 8.10am when he issued the boarding pass for the schedule departure flight 8.30am.
So if you take new ticket the boarding pass can be issued 20 to 25 min prior to schedule departure. But they will not co-oprate when you are well ahead.
It is not at all expected. Many airlines adjust the passenger to there next flight where there are possibilities without making any single rupee.The flight in which I travelled by paying extra money was still having 10 seats vacant. So it's just money making business.
I will suggest all my friends and family members not to opt indigo flight.
Here I paid 6500 INR extra (for two tickets). which is quite heavy for me. Was this information helpful? |
