I have to go journey through indigo flight from Patna to Delhi on 24/10/2016 which was scheduled at 1100 hrs. I was reached at counter by 1025 but staff of indigo flight did not issued boarding pass and also did arguments when I requested to issue boarding pass. Name of staff was Govind. As procedures 45 min before passenger should reach for boarding but it is not necessary if passenger had not reached before 45 min he will not accompanied in case checking door open and plan stay at airport. U have misbehave with me and due to your mistakes my plan was missed. My refunded amounts have also not returned and neither intimated by your staff for procedure. I have taken new flight by paying extra money. U return excess money which have paid for purchasing other ticket. Was this information helpful? |
