Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that I had transit flight from HYD to GAU on 30th December/2017 with the follwing details:
Airlines Name: Indigo Airlines
1. HYD to BOM, PNR - L6DGUY, Flight Number: 6E - 819
2. BOM to GAU, PNR - L6DGUY, Flight Number: 6E - 813
But at the time of boarding (HYD airport), authority informed us that we can't broad due to the flight-delay (HYD to BOM) and we can go only at the next day only.
As per the the your respected organisation's policy they should provide us the accommodation for the same but your authority disagree to provide us the accommodations.
Authority not properly assist us as well as telling some unreasonable sentences like if you guys want I will return you the ticket fare.
I would like to notified that I am losing one very important day with my accommodations expenses.
Please take necessary action for the same.
