[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — not refunding money and hitting me allowing to book three tickets for the same name and same details.

I am asit kumar biswas working in indian air force. I tried to book a air ticket from indigo site on internet on 02/08/18 for journey date 11/08/18. I tried trice but all the times when submitted for payment it shows on site something goes wrong. Finally fourth time i succeded to get an air ticket confirmed pnr no w9lf2y on date 12/08/18 from indigo by using mobile app as no ticket available on 11/08/18. On 10/08/18 at about.0900pm a call received from indigo rep stating that i have booked two tickets pnr nos dc6jkp and ij9nsk for the same name details and same flight leaving lucknow at 0310 on 11/08/18. I was astonished as i booked ticket for 12/08/18at 0310 hrs. Somehow i was trapped to pay rs 2480/ for cancellation charge against full payment of rs. 2925 and another ticket they offer refund me 2725. I was happy to become a full. On 14/08/18 i found 4 continious debit for rs2925, 2925, 2925and2925 against indigo on 02/08/18. Out of 4 deduction i understood 3 transaction correct, but 4th deduction not understood. Same day i called customar care they firstly deneying the paymet but my enquiry force them to disclose on hiding air ticket pnr no.. Py9tyy was booked against my name on same date ie 11/08/18 at0310hrs. So same date same time same name same flight 3 tickets was booked but 2 they disclosed before and one after the flight gone ie on 14/08/18. My heard money is snatching by indigo through chitting. So i want my money back for the hiding ticket pnr no. Py9tyy booked for 3rd time on 11/08/18. For one journey why indigo wants to take cleverly trice time payment.

We regret the inconvenience caused and would like to inform you that under booking reference W9LF2Y passenger has boarded the flight. Further, we have refunded the ticket amount of INR 2725 each for the mentioned other two booking reference IJ9NSK and DC6JKP, which will be credited within 7 working days. Also, we would like to inform you that the seat under booking reference PY9TYY went vacant, therefore the reservation was closed as No show. Adhering to the policy, an amount of INR 331 towards the applicable taxes will be refunded in the same mode of payment used in the reservation shortly. Please be rest assured that we always remain committed to assist our passengers in the best possible manner.
