[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — payment deducted but ticket not booked

I had booked a tickst for 21st march 2018 from mumbai to kolkata through indigo airlines website. The amount worth rs. 3505 was deducted from my account and it showed that the payment is successful. However whrn i recieved my itineary it shows the status as needs paykent. After talking to your customer care service they have extended my hold period till 28th february 2018.
