Indigo Airlines — payment not refund

while booking ticket from Guwahati to mumbai my payment is transfer, debited from my hdfc account but ticket is not genetated. i call to help line they suggest me to book it again . previous ticket refund is credited to your account with in 3 days. but still not recieved.
