Indigo Airlines — PNR cancellation without my request

i had made an reservation in indigo flight 6E176 from delhi to varanasi. My PNR E3QQ3S was first unchecked and then cancelled without my knowledge or request when i was on my to airport. As a result i had to buy a new ticket booking reference NCIF2X on the spot priced INR 9667. My earlier ticket had cost me only inr 4906 out of which only INR 3031 will be refunded. This puts me in a loss of 11542 INR . I am sure my account was not comprised and it was a mistake at your side. i am attaching relevant proof . Please look into matter seriously and ensure i get appropriate compensation.
