The most worst customer support you guys have ever I faced in travel industry.
The first day when my flight was cancelled your call center staff informed me as a full refund for DEL LKO sector he can refund me some amount approx 2800 but if I need more compensation I have to write a mail to customer relation. Then I wrote a mail and got a call by a lady from customer relation.
After the conversation I get the situation that she will not refund my full amount from PAT DEL LKO. Lady told me she can process full refund for DEL LKO amount and additionally send me a Voucher worth 1000 within 72 hrs.
Which should be 2800 + 1000 but Neither the lady told me the amount nor I asked because I already been informed from call center the amount is something about 2800. After the conversation I check my mail she processed refund for only 1682 INR. I mean to say how it can be so less if you book you flight within 2-3 days prior to departure. Its my frequent route and I never got fare less than 3000(DEL LKO).
Any how I understand it can not be processed again so I have to keep 1682 INR only as a refund for the destination(PAT DEL LKO) which I booked in 5600.
On top of all - For the 1000 Voucher which was committed by customer relation to deliver with in 72 hrs I am chasing for last 18 days. I called 3 times your worst customer support team which only can assured me for next 72 Hrs with no result. Sent the mail to customer relation to remind for voucher but guess what.. again No reply.
Don't know Its my bad luck or its a regular cheating trick of you guys.
When I asked where to complain about this matter, customer support ask me to drop a mail on same ID customer.[protected]@goindigo.in . God bless Indigo with such a team.
