I have booked a flight on 02.12.2020 from Ranchi to Mumbai at 4:45 pm but Our flight was cancelled and revised 7:50 hr earlier on same day i.e. 8:55 am. It was not possible to take this flight and we tried to change the day of journey but the link provided was not processing àfter changing date. We tried customer care but could not contact. Finally we missed the flight on 02.12.2020. On 02.12.2020 we again contacted indigo customer care and inform our issues. Indigo representative tried to accomodate us in morning flight on 04.12.2020. According to Indigo representative, she was facing system issue in booking tickets and after long conversation nearly about 1 hour we advised either cancel ticket with 100% refund or buy a fresh ticket with adjustment of previous ticket amount which cost us extra Rs.22425.00. We had to come mumbai urgently so we paid the extra amount and get fresh ticket with same PNR.
My complaint is
1. My ticket was cancelled and revised without my consent on 02.12.2020.
2. Further, My ticket was not revised for 04.12.2020 due to system error at indigo end ( as per indigo representative). It could be done without paying extra charges.
3. Fresh ticket was issued with the same PNR as mentioned in my previous ticket that means my ticket could have been revised without paying any extra amount.

I want refund of extra amount i.e. Rs.22425.00 which was paid for the revised ticket on 04.12.2020.
