Indigo Airlines — Property irregularity report

Sir, on 25th November 2016 my flight was from Delhi to Indore in Indigo airlines and as I was getting late I left my luggage at the airport only intimidating the receptionist there who told me that my luggage will be send in my given address. But its been 2 days and still i have not received my luggage and what i am being informed is that my request has been forwarded to the concerned department . Its my humble request to send my luggage today itself because my train tickets and other documents are there in my luggage and i want those tickets today itself, its too important for me
My baggage tag number is 9332 and the color of my bag is blue.
