I am booked 2 ticket 09 march 20 & 16 april 20, but that two flights has cancelled for lock down, 27 may i call to indigo customer care they give me suggestion that this two booking amount will be refund my bank account within 10 to 15 days, but when refundable money not come back my account i am calling again, then indigo customer care tell me this amount will not refund in my account, i can book my flight again from this amount, valid for 1 year, but i will not travel 2 year because corona, so my amount will be wast, so i request that please refund my money in my bank account.
