[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — rado watch

Was travelling from a indigo flight yesterday from bangalore to chennai and then to jaipur.. I thought indigo being such a trustworthy brand i would always travel by indigo even if had to give a higher price for the flight but yesterday while traveling, the suitcase which i had checked in and which was locked came to me in jaipur unlocked.. Everything was there except an expensive watch which was gifted to me in marriage.. I always use to trust indigo and indigo being such a big brand this was totally unexpected of the employees.. Yes i agree it is there duty to check suitcases and i understand this is done for security reasons.. But expensive things getting lost from such a renowned brand is totally unexpected.. Everything is fine but our valuables getting lost is really untolerable.. This was really unexpected from indigo employees.. This incident has really made me upset.. How is it possible that there was everything except my watch and the suitcase was unlocked
