Indigo Airlines — Re-accommodation issue

Missed Flight from Patna:
I had flight at 5:50 PM departure on 22ndMay, and reached airport at 5:25PM, have requested Indigo manager Patna to consider my request but as per Indigo Policy Gates are CLOSED and can’t do anything. Since I had to reach Bangalore so I request for any alternatives where indigo staff advised me to use re accommodation, I agreed and asked her to proceed, in result they were giving me flights which costing me INR 29056/- from PATNA-DEL-BLR, given my card for payment unfortunately it declined. Went to ATM used my 3 cards and withdrawn required amount, by the time I reached ticket counter same flights fare now increased to INR 31578/- in a fraction of few minutes, and when I asked staff she responded “fare keep on increasing as per Company Policy”. Somehow I made payments and got my new Boarding passes.

Boarding to Flight from Patna to DEL 6E 6325
Flight from somewhere came to Patna and in same we about to board in for DEL, noticed that Flight Departure time was 7:15 PM and boarding was going on till 7:10 PM, was wondering and calculating my time I reached airport and they not allowed me to board in, when I asked Flight 6E 6325 staff she said “Don’t worry we will reach DEL on Time with smile”.

Flight from DEL to BLR 6E 977
As I switched on my phone after arriving at IGI airport, got message from Indigo saying your flight is delayed and new departure time is 10:55 PM due to weather conditions. When we boarded this flight 6E 977, plane was roaming in airport ground till 11:55 PM and finally took off for BLR, we reached BLR by 2:00 AM.

1. Why there is huge amount we have in the name of cancellation though customer approach for the request more than 10 days?

2. Since I not allowed to board flight as was late and as per Policy gates were closed, whereas i got boarded 5 min prior flight 6E 6325 about to start, and this missed flight cost me INR 31, 000/- When you can start Late Boarding, why don’t a passenger can board if there is still 20 min left in flight Take OFF?

3. Why there is huge fare increase in every minute as flight took off time come near?

4. When we were late your team has not allowed us to board but when we you made the landing delayed then what is the compensation for us?

5. Why Re-accommodation charges are too much?

6. Since I reached DEL by 9:00 PM, why I have not been allowed to board in to my connecting flight which I had before I e 6E 273? Since there is Gap of 1 hour and in which I could have boarded easily and saved some money and time as well?
FYI My flight from delhi was at 10.00PM and I reached at delhi from patna by 9.00PM then the re-accomodation has been done for this flight (delhi to bangalore) Indigo has charged us full money for another flight booking though they can easily board us at the previous flight.

Summary: overall I paid INR 52622/- which is HUGE amount for a tax payer with less salary, expecting to hear from you apart from giving same reasons/EXCUSES “AS PER INDIGO CUSTOMER POLICY”.

I am looking forward for the refund for delhi bangalore re-accommodation which has been done unnecessarily though we were at the airport an hour before to catch the previous flight.
