I have travelled on 16 jan 2021 for extra luggage i have paid Rs.5000. I didn't get the receipt due to some technical issue but they said you get the receipt on mail id.
is there any possibility to get in the mail?

Hi team, I have traveled from Coimbatore to Washington DC via Amsterdam on 13th of January 2023 via flight number KL 3653 at 9:25 PM (Ticket Number is 074 [protected]). I have paid for my excess baggage amount of INR 16, 055 rupees which I need to submit the Invoice receipt bill to my office. I have traveled from Kolkata to Bengaluru on 27.09.19 via Indigo flight no 6E-379 at 05:20 am . My PNR no was "CW5RTE". I have paid excess luggage amount of Rs 1, 200/-. But due to technical error of your computer system the lady who has issued my boarding pass unable to provide money receipt.She took my mobile & taken a snap of the computer screen. It was my official tour & my office will reimburse the amount of Rs 1, 200/-. But for that I have to submit the money receipt copy. Kindly send the money receipt thru mail to my mail ID "[protected]@gmail.com" urgently & oblige.
