Dear sir/mam
I had travelled on 16 Nov 2016 from Delhi to udaipur through indigo airlines flight 6E-751. During checkin at Delhi airport I have handed over my trolley bag in good condition but I received broken and out of order handle and torn trolley bag which is now non manageable. After landed udaipur I tried contacting your officials but they asked me to register the online complain. So I just wanted me to reimburse the loss claim which is 4000 rs approx. Waiting for your response...

I had travelled on 31/03/19 from jaipur to kolkata in the flight(6E-237) departing at 9:05pm.This is to state that my baggage has been destroyed in transit and the belt of the baggage could not be traced after i recieved it from conveyor belt in kolkata. I would request u to please make the lost claim, being one of the reputed airlines so that further availment of services can be made with satisfaction.I Want u to compensate the loss immediately.waiting for a response.
