A payment of Rs 43, 470 was made by me for air ticket booking through Indigo airline mobile web site. I have received payment confirmation from Citrus for the said payment. But the booking transaction has failed due to your server problem of the Indigo airline web site.
I have raised the complaint to their toll free no in this regard and asked for immediate refund but they said the amount would be refunded to me only after seven days. Now I am unable to proceed with my travel booking because of this issue. they say I can make the booking after 7 -10 days by when they would refund the amount.
It is unfair on their part to make me wait till then as I will have to make other travel booking connected to the same. They have now made a tentative booking and kept it on hold status and have asked me for a fresh payment.
What should I do now. It is unfair
