Indigo Airlines — Refund against not travel due to delay by connecting train.

Dear Team, My connecting train is delayed hence tried to Make My Trip & Indigo customer care but no body support with appropriate solution instead advising to communicate with other counterpart agency.At airport they replied that they are helpless to do any thing contact customer care or log complain.Please do needful regarding my refund if any possibilities.
