Being a frequent flying member of your esteemed airline, INDIGO, where mostly i used to book the ticket by convenient Android App of Indigo and used to get the confirmation of booking as well as itenery to my this registered email id .
Refer to these two onwards journey on 5th Jan'22 & return journey on 8th Jan'22, i needed to cancel the booking . I took your trusted android app - CANCEL option, where both for both PNR, system asked twice on Confirmation of Cancellation ( onward journey, i took checked in process at about 11AM ) at about 1 pm for both tickets one by one .
For 5th Jan'22 ticket, Refund amount popped up about Rs 952/- ( PNR - GFD7XB ) & for 8th Jan'22 return ticket ( PNR - TS8S4U) Refund shown as Pop up was about Rs 2552/-, which reaffirmed me that booking cancelled appropiately .
Like in many past incidences, official refund mails used to reach to mailbox later, i awaited but today while contacting your telecaller personnel by helpline, I found that my entire process of these two cancellations by your android app, are found no more trustworhty and i am denied by your respective personnels ( Ms Yashika and followed by Ms Mahima, who atleast tried to listen empathitacally ) . And I am totally found helpless and as consumer, I am totally ditched by your faulty( No Sync) technical system of customer friendly Android App of Indigo .
I need your kind deep enquiry to it, as i am 100% sure about the reflect of the REFUND amount, which had popped up on process of Cancellation final Confirmation on Andriod App only .
Awaiting for your kind action and favourable reply back at earliest with iteneries with duly cancellation made by me on 05/01/2022 to get the reimbusement from my employer, as i use to travel frequently by INDIGO, the trust created for years together.
And in future, kindly guide, which will be the ideal way to cancel any ticket.
