I am commander ashish mittal serving in indian navy.

the issue here is as follows:-
1. in last 24 hours i have booked tickets for 6 individuals. in which four time its mine own reservation.
2. by mistake, due to some confusion, i have booked ticket from coimbtore to delhi twice on same date for myself. First ticket was booked on 24 Nov 1645 hours(UTC) ie booking refrence LC4G5T flight no. 6E 6364 and 6E952 (both are connecting flight) from coimbtore to Delhi on 16/17 Dec.
3. view some issue, i could not see the mail and confirmed booking of the same view some technical issue at my end. i booked the ticket on same sector that is coimbtore delhi for same date 17 Dec vide booking refernce number OYPL7J by different flight of your i.e 6E 396 on 25 Nov at 1505 hours(UTC).
4. i realised my mistake within 15 min., and i called up customer care at about 1630(UTC) for cancellation of one of ticket. then i realised that i will not get full refund for any of the ticket. i took the email id for forwarding this erquest from them and got the ticket cancelled mentioned in para 3 above.
5. hence, in view of the above, it is requested that case may be considered at your end. as the ticket was booked for same person for the same sector on same date(17 dec), the ticket money may be refunded as whole sum .
