I booked an indigo flight from pune to bangalore on 26 august. The departure of the flight was at 10:20pm. I reached the airport check in at 09:40 due to heavy traffic. Inspire of having no check in luggage and the boarding was still going on your staff did not allow me to board the flight and i had to pay an additional cost of rs 4600 for a rescheduled flight. This is just money making business. As i did not have a check in baggage you could have boarded on the flight. Disgusted with the staff behaviour.
