[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — Refund for tickets booked by mistake

I booked tickets today using the Cleartrip application with Ingigo by mistake i booked a Delhi Pune return rather than a Pune Delhi return on realizing my mistake i immediately cancelled the the booking in less than 50 minutes but i have been levied with a cancellation of 12000 Rs after complaining with Syed in Indigo Customer services he agreed to give me a goodwill of 3000 which to my mind is not good enough . I should not be penalized literally 50 % of the fees just because of a mistake this seems like a practice to generate a revenue stream out of a mistake and unethical to my mind i want to file a Case in Consumer Court,
