[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — Refund not credited after 7 business days

I cancelled my indigo ticket (Pnr: ffwnhf) on 1st of september. After cancellation i got an email saying that my amount will be refunded in 5-7 business days. I initially called them on the 6th business day to check the status. One of the representatives said that my refund is processed and will be it getting as promised. But it didn't get credited. I called again on the 9th business day to find the status. The representative said the refund process failed and she has initiated again. I hope i atleast get it now. There is no communication to the passenger when refund process gets failed. And they don't provide any compensation for holding my hard earned money so far.
