Indigo Airlines — Refund not credited

This is regarding indigo flight 316 (Thiruvananthapuram to New Delhi, Booking ID: N6EOCRS9X) booked on December 16, 2014 through Goibibo. I have cancelled the same ticket, but the ibibo has not yet refunded my money.I have wrote several complaints but the agency is not responding properly. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL
