Indigo Airlines — Refund of cancelled amount

Hi Team,

I cancelled my flight from Pune to Delhi, prior 4 hours and got confirmation from Airlines executive that amount of 3700 rs will be refund to your account.
But till date neither i have received any amount nor any confirmation mail. It is very disappointing. Below is my ticket detail.
