Indigo Airlines — REFUND OF LESS FARE.

I reserved the flight No.G8-183 Transaction ID [protected] to entertain journey from New Delhi to Srinigar on 05.04.2015, but due to natural disastrous and flood in Srinagar I could not entertain the journey and cancelled the ticket on the said flight. But unfortunately, a sum of Rs.5250/- ( @ Rs. 1750/- per head ) was deducted which is not proper and same is to be reviewed extensively. I am holding the rank of Asstt. Commandant in Central Para Military Force and I extect that the case is to be reviewed and refund me the amount since it was not possible to entertain journey to Srinagar on that stage and I have been advised by the Authority of Ministry of home Affairs not to entertain journey on that situation. - Please justify the refund of flight cancellation ticket.
