Indigo Airlines — Refund of payment done

Dear Sir, I have booked a flight against PNR - JC1Z4K from Bangalore to Kolkata but I have changed my flight details i.e. from Bangalore to Delhi. I have made payment thrice but still the payment is showing pending. I have made the payment via net banking from Kotak Mahindra Bank Below are the transaction details: on 30-Mar-2015 - PG-[protected] for Rs 681 on 30-Mar-2015 - PG-[protected] for Rs 681 on 04-Apr-2015 - PG-[protected] for Rs 1577 I need refund of all the amount as the same is debited from my account but the same is not received at your end
