Indigo Airlines — Refund request

Hello, I contact your service because I'm still waiting my refund after my cancellation flights 6E297 ( 20th December 2014) from kochi to Chennai. my booking reference was H8LYWW, my name Anthony Porini. > I've already called the indigo call center service to confirm, one more time, my refund request and they confirmed my it and they said that will normally takes 30 working days.
