This is to inform you that I am Neena Saji booked a ticket for my Daughter (Sera Susan Saji) through my Citibank Credit Card on 21st April 2015 from Dubai to Bangalore for 5th June 2015 with Booking Reference Number W54HGV and the same has been calcelled it on 23rd April 2015.
Since I have note received any confirmation from your side for the cancellation I have called 24th April to your indigo customer care and they had sent 2 mail confirming the cancellation. The mail which I received is given below. You customer care executive Informed me that I will get the credit within 7 to 10 working days in Citibank account. But when I got my credit card statement on 16th of May I did not find any credit for the cancellation in my account. On 16th I called your cutomer care and enquired about non receipt of my cancellation amount, they have informed me that there was some mistake happened from your end and due to that they have not credited the same. But your custmer care executive informed me that they are transferring the amount on 16th May 2016 itself
Again I had called up to my bank today i.e. 22nd May 2015 and the banker informed me that till now it is not credited to my account.
Hence I would like to inform you that I am going to lodge a complaint in The Consumer Court or give me compensation to cover up the late payment charges of Rs.700/- towards my credit card.
Look into this amtter urgently and revert to me back immediately.

If your booking was cancelled online on the IndiGo website and you have opted for a reservations credit shell, you can use the available amount for future IndiGo bookings within one year by contacting our call centre or through our Airport ticketing counters.
If your booking was made and cancelled using your IndiGo website log in account, then the reservations credit shell, valid for a year, will reflect in your registered log in account only. You can use this credit to make future reservations by logging in to your IndiGo account or by calling our 24X7 call centre.
If your booking was made by our Call Centre or Airport ticketing counters, a reservations credit shell for the balance amount will be created by default. In case you need a refund, please contact our Call Centre.
Please be informed that a refund processing fee of INR 200.00 per passenger per sector will be charged for processing refunds to credit/debit cards, Net Banking accounts and for Mobile transactions.
If your booking was made through a travel agent, please contact the travel agent for the refund.
