Indigo Airlines — refusal to issue boarding pass

My daughter Dr.Ramya and her friends had booked tickets to Vijayawada from Bangalore for Indigo scheduled to depart @ 8pm 6/10/2014. Booking reference no.F3YL7F. Since they are frequent travellers I did not accompany them. Though they are on time they have cancelled the security check slips and denied boarding pass. Three doctors(girls) had undergone horrible experiences. They engaged a taxi from Bangalore to Vijayawada during that rainy night and travelled alone. No male member is there. Duly registering the taxi with the airport poice they have travelled. The airline people have simply refused as 'you are late'. First derecognise the licence and redress my grevience.
