I have travelled from hyderabad to jaipur via delhi on 8th december 2016. When i took my luggage from belt area at 9:50 pm, i saw that handle was not getting pulled out, it was stuck then i saw my entire bag, it was torn from a side and scratched like anything, i have tried to file an complaint there at airport help desk of indigo airlines but they started arguing like anything, after that they have started their drama they told "we have filed your complaint in our system, our crm team will contact you soon" and lady member of them wrote my details on the back side of the form (I have snap of that form as well) but didn't allowed me to file any complaint. Yestreday on 13th december 2016, when i tweeted about it @indigo6e, they simply told that we can't take your case forward as nothing is reported in our system. I present immediately that snap but they have replied nothing is visible clearly, you please produce another clear picture. What the hell, i mean how would i now produce another picture and the things written over there are clearly visible. Still they have denied to consider this case.
They are just bluffing with customers and also not handle their customers properly. Worst flight experience ever. I will definitely file a complaint against you people for miss-leading to not to report incident immediately and bad handling of the baggage.
