Indigo Airlines — Regarding refund of amount after money deducted but ticket not booked

dear Sir/ma'am i was booking ticket from chandigarh to srinagar on 30 may 15. in first attempt money deducted but ticket not booked (same was confirmed by customer care representative). even after 05 days i have not received my money back in my account .
