Today was my flat at 7.55 i reached airport at 7 and stand in the que or suddendly show the time that it is 7.30 and and i ask to the attender to please allow me to go first then he told me please be in a que you get your chance and when i get my turn the counter is closed and they take me for the reschedule and ask me 8000 why is it so.. And where is my default... I want my money back.. Because here is not at all my fault

After reviewing the matter internally, we would like to inform you that flight was cancelled due to operational reasons. We recognize the importance of maintaining our flight schedules and assure you best of our efforts to eliminate or minimize the causes of cancellation, which are within our control. We do realize the impact of a cancelled flight on the convenience of our passengers and would like to mention that in an event wherein a flight is cancelled, passenger can opt for a full refund or an alternate IndiGo flight subject to availability.
