I was travelling along with my friend Karan from Mumbai to Delhi from your airlines details- Indigo 6e-186. It was scheduled to depart at 17.35pm, I reached on time but due to the continuing line when we reached the counter desk they replied that the counter is closed. On several requests they did not allow us to check in. As I have to attend the meeting with a lawyer namely Mr.prashant Yadav in Gurgaon I went to the main indigo counter and requested the authorised person to take me in, but all in vain. Then I asked for the next flight details and the fair difference, then I even paid the penalty along with the fair difference and got my ticked rescheduled from your airlines via flight no- 6e-138 which was scheduled to depart at 18.40 pm and I further rescheduled my meeting.
Later, after getting the boarding passes when we. Went to the boarding gate on the given time. The lady incharge I.e Ms. Shrada who represented herself to be the supervisor of the airlines and when there was no announcement or call to board the flight till 18.40pm I again went to the counter to ask about the status of the flight she replied the flight is on its way and will take an hour and you have to wait . They nor gave me a satisfactory reply nor any solution . To all this mess created by your staff and lack of services I again had to cancel my meeting. It is already 19.31 and the flight has not departed. I could have boarded some other flight.
This mess has caused me a loss of 7964/- rs as penalty and and further my meeting got cancelled twice. my purpose of boarding the flight has already been done away and have suffered huge loss for the meeting.
