Ibhad booked abticket for dubai on 11 Oct 2015 which I could not board because of ecr stamp on my passport but they told me that within 24 hours I can reschedule my flight I had called the customer care number within 24 hrs that is on 12'oct 2015 at around 1.00 pm in afternoon then he asked me whether about my travelling details I informed him about my new passport issuance and he said ok sir then call me tomorrow for confirmation I told him to book Sunday ticket then he told me that u please confirm and tell me tomorrow then I told fine the next day I again called him at around 2.00 pm and again thrice at 3.30 pm on same day that is 13 Oct 2015 thenat first call they didn't speak to me properly and next time they were just transferring my call but didn't reply properly I just want an explanation o[censored] cannot reschedule then don't promise to do so and please refund my amount as wrong information was from your side and today I went to book a ticket again there I had atalk with Mr.mathew who said that that if I mail u my problem then u would refund at least some amount .please sir it was wrong information from your side that caused a problem to usfor reference I am giving my booking reference no ODCEYN flight no 6E61
