We have got and info against our flight 6E6518, pnr BC2C3Q through SMS that the deperture time is rescheduled from 19 hrs to 20.55hrs. But while enquiring at the customer care and requesting them to accommodate us in next day flight or, refund the money. The customer care centre after lot of persisting not allowed to take the call to a supervisor and kept us on hold till the line got disconnected in 4 occasion after 15 -20 minutes. However they kept on saying that the flight is rescheduled at 20.10 hrs which is a blatant lie as the SMS said 20. 55 hrs. While customer care provide such misinformation which creates huge inconvenience, it is Indigo as a corporate indulging in such wrong and unethical practice which is against values and causing harassment and inconvenience to its passengers. In such scenario how we get compensated for such harassment. I want this message to reach top management of Indigo- and hold them responsible for such harassment and expect them to redress such complaints and issues. After coming to airport targeting 20.10 hrs we discovered that it was further delayed to 21.15 hrs and there is no provision to provide this information through SMS as we have complained earlier. If this is the foundation of Indio as a Indigo user from today onward I will never use and recommend Indigo anybody. I never felt so hopeless by using an airline. Was this information helpful? |
