Dear sir /maam
I am travelling through flight no 6e6235 to patna on 14/10/2018
But due to traffic i reach airport by 2:50 pm and i request the ground staff that to plz help me out for fast service but despite this they first send me to boarding counter there they tell me go to the 6d where the lady despite of listening my request she use to busy on facebook other non sence work and after 5 min she tell me go with the baggage and she refuse to give me any extra help but somehow i mange to reach final boarding by 3:20 but they refuse to help and say that sir you provide me the m. No i will remind for your flight and stats laughing then a lady staff help me sir i will help you and call her supervisor he is am he is good and mange what can he do after this suffering i am existing out then i want an exist pass from an employee then i call him for help then one guy mr arya come rudely kaha kaha se aa jate hai... Mera time kharab karne...
In this suffering one of precious thing is lost, my wife is pregnant and she is so much harashed during this and your staff continue in social networking... And taking a fun out of this
Sir i really want a strong action against them they are not responsible employee they are just coming for making joke..
